Weight Loss Powder Homemade || Miracle Powder – very effective

Horsegram and Flax Seed weight loss powder

Horsegram, the miracle pulse is known by several regional names such as Kulthi bean, Hurali, Kollu, Mudira or Madras gram. It has the highest clacium content among pulses and is one of the richest vegetarian sources of protein. Flaxseed is a good source of dietary fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Like other sources of fiber, flaxseed should be taken with plenty of water or other fluids.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Horse gram
  • 1/4 cup Flax seeds
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a thick bottomed vessel and add horse gram
  • Dry roast until it splutters
  • Add black pepper and fennel seeds – mix and roast
  • Add the flax seeds and roast for a while
  • Add sesame seeds, mix well and add salt to taste
  • Allow it to cool and grind to powder
  • Prepare in small quantities and consume within a week
  • Prepare the weight loss drink by mixing 1 tsp of powder in a glass of buttermilk
  • It can be taken with rice, curry, dosa and roti

Notes

Flax seeds and horsegram are very effective for weight loss but should be used in
moderation.

    Very interesting read. Thanks for sharing this informative article. I use True Elements Flax Seeds which is healthy and is 100% natural. However, I read somewhere that flax seeds can be used to make cakes, is it true?
