Tapioca Fries

Crispy fried snack
Course: Appetizer, Snack
Cuisine: Indian

Ingredients

  • 2 nos Tapioca medium size
  • 200 ml Cooking Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder to taste

Instructions

  • Take 2 medium sized tapioca, peel the skin and wash in water
  • Pat dry with a clean cloth
  • Slice into round pieces
  • Heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel and put the pieces one by one
  • Deep fry on medium flame and stir occasionally
  • After the tapioca is crisp, transfer to a dry bowl and allow to cool
  • Season with salt and chilli powder and mix well
