Crispy moongdal namkeen

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Moongdal
  • 2 cups Cooking oil

Masala Powder

  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango powder

Instructions

  • Wash Moongdal in water and soak overnight
  • Drain the water and spread the Moongdal on a clean towel to absorb any excess water
  • Transfer to a plate and let it dry completely
  • Deep fry the moongdal in hot oil
  • Once it turns golden brown, transfer to a bowl
  • Prepare masala powder by mixing chilli powder, salt, dry mango powder
  • Sprinkle the masala powder according to taste and mix well

Step by step method
