Onion Egg Podimas

Ingredients

  • 6 nos Eggs
  • 1 nos Onion big (chopped)
  • 3 nos Green chillies (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and break 6 eggs into it
  • Add salt and beat well
  • Heat oil in a vessel and add the chopped onions and green chillies and saute for 2 minutes
  • Pour the beaten egg and stir continuously
  • Keep stove on medium flame and stir well until the beaten egg forms small pieces
  • Continue stirring until the egg pieces become golden yellow – now ready to serve
