Caramel Snow Pudding
This is a simple, easy to make and yummy pudding made with two ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 nos Egg white
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla powder (Optional)
Instructions
- Take quarter cup of sugar in a pan
- Melt the sugar on low flame to make caramel
- Pour the caramel to a mould
- Swirl around to spread the caramel
- In a bowl, add egg whites, half cup sugar and Vanilla powder (optional)
- Beat the mixture well
- White fluffy cream forms
- Transfer the cream to caramel mould
- Steam cook for 20 minutes
- Open after 5 minutes
- Allow it to cool
- Transfer to a plate by turning upside down
- Powder the remaining sugar and sprinkle on top
- Snow Pudding is ready
