Caramel Snow Pudding

This is a simple, easy to make and yummy pudding made with two ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 nos Egg white
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla powder (Optional)

Instructions

  • Take quarter cup of sugar in a pan
  • Melt the sugar on low flame to make caramel
  • Pour the caramel to a mould
  • Swirl around to spread the caramel
  • In a bowl, add egg whites, half cup sugar and Vanilla powder (optional)
  • Beat the mixture well
  • White fluffy cream forms
  • Transfer the cream to caramel mould
  • Steam cook for 20 minutes
  • Open after 5 minutes
  • Allow it to cool
  • Transfer to a plate by turning upside down
  • Powder the remaining sugar and sprinkle on top
  • Snow Pudding is ready

Step by step method
