Tapioca Fries
Crispy fried snack
Ingredients
- 2 nos Tapioca medium size
- 200 ml Cooking Oil
- Salt to taste
- Chilli powder to taste
Instructions
- Take 2 medium sized tapioca, peel the skin and wash in water
- Pat dry with a clean cloth
- Slice into round pieces
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel and put the pieces one by one
- Deep fry on medium flame and stir occasionally
- After the tapioca is crisp, transfer to a dry bowl and allow to cool
- Season with salt and chilli powder and mix well
